1、 For man-made faults, the company will charge for maintenance, including:
The internal part of the product is disassembled without permission or any part of it is replaced< br />
The barcode inside the commodity is not clear and cannot be judged successfully< br />
Water ingress, fragmentation, damage or corrosion< br />
Goods beyond the warranty period< br />
2、 Exchange can be required if the following conditions are met:
The customer unpacks and checks the goods in front of the deliverer when receiving the goods, and finds that the goods have quality problems
The goods actually received are quite different from those described on the website
Replacement process: the customer asks the delivery personnel to return the goods face to face, and then contact us. We will ship the goods again within one working day, and the arrival time of the goods will be postponed< br />
3、 Return can be required if the following conditions are met:
Within two days after the customer receives the goods,
Goods with obvious manufacturing defects are found
Goods that have been exchanged but still have quality problems
The goods have not been received for more than three days beyond the date of delivery promised due to human factors
Return process: The customer will contact us within two days after receiving the goods, and we will return your payment by bank remittance within two working days< br />
We have the right to reject the customer's request for return and replacement under the following circumstances:
The goods are damaged, but the delivery personnel are not required to replace the goods at the time of receipt
Return and replacement requirements beyond the return and replacement period
Incomplete returned or replaced goods or damaged appearance
The customer shipment document is missing or incomplete
The product is not provided by us
